A short description of an "Object presentation"

The idea of creating "Object presentation" appeared in our minds after your numerous requests about the possibility of presenting your hotel amongst those from our on-line system placed in Hotels.Poland.com section.

Due to the fact that the system does not belong to us and we could not put your object into it, we decided to create a service, that will allow us to show your hotel the same way we're showing our system hotels.

"Object presentation", occurred to be far more attractive place than a standard hotel site from our booking system, as your object remains ALWAYS visible for Client and the only criteria of its display is the location or thematic section chosen.
Another asset of this offer is the fact that you are not connected with us with any commission the booking usualy are charged with and it does not require leaving allotments for us. The presentation includes a contact form which is used to sending a request on available rooms directly to the hotel.
One of the most characteristic features of our new advertising product is that you are able to place there all the information you regard essential for the Client, inluding the address data, telephone numbers, e-mail address, website link and a photo gallery. Showing all the information to the Client is very important and helps him to choose your hotel as his destination place.

Presentation also allows our Clients to get a direct contact with you owing to the full address information displayed in the "Contact" box and contact form attached.

We do not charge you with any commission of the bookings made via contact form in the Object presentation.

Object presentation is divided into several sections to display the information on:

Language versions:

Hotels.Poland.com service is generally directed to the foreign users, therefore the English version for the hotel presentation is required. If you provide the translation to other languages, please do not hesitate to join it, as we do accept it.

We may translate your hotel presentation into English and German. The service is to be paid additionally.

Translation price:

English: 50 PLN + VAT / 1 A4 page (Times New Roman 12)
German: 50 PLN + VAT / 1 A4 page (Times New Roman 12)

Content lenght in particular sections:

Shortcut - the initial, general information on the object presented at the hotels list - up to 300 characters
Sections content: up to 2 000 characters per one section

We stipulate the right to shorten the text if it occurs longer than accepted. In case of shortening the text, the correct version will be sent to you to acceptance before uploading.

Downloadable files:

This option mainly refers to the "Prices" section. We may also render downloadable files accessible in the following sections: "Conferences", "Spa & Wellness" nd "Special Offers" to present packages provided by the hotel.

Due to the fact that we will not be available to place all the information in the Object Presentation sections (regarding Prices, Conferences, Spa&Wellness packages and Special Offers), those sections will include a general information on your package services. Detailed offer will be placed int he sections as downloadable files (e.g. MS Word files).

Caution:

If the content of the Object Presentation includes false, abusive or prejudiacial information, we stipulate the right not to placing it in our system.

Photo gallery:

Object Presentation may include 12-16 photos.
Every single section of the Object Presentation will include one picture connected with its title, e.g. "Accommodation" will have a hotle room photo, "Dining" may include a restaurant photo, etc. The "Address" section will have a photo which presents the hotel from the outside. Other pictures will be placed in the Photo Gallery.

Caution:

Please attach only the photos of which you hold the copyright.

Booking:

Every Client, who visits your Object Presentation in our site, using the address and telephone information or contact form displayed, will be available to send you the direct request on the booking. We do not charge you with any commission from the reservations made via the Object Presentation.

Object Presentatin in the thematic sections of Hotels.Poland.com service:

Object Presentation price includes presenting your hotel both at the list in particular sections and the lists with hotel search results for the chosen thematic sections.

The prices includes presenting your accommodation object in the following sections:

All Hotels – standard location for all the objects
City select - list of hotels in particular city/town where the object is located
2 thematic sections chosen (see below):

The cost of placing your object in additional section is 50 PLN + VAT per one section.

Uwaga: Caution: Placing you object in the thematic sections will be available only if the basic location information are correct (e.g. hotel located in mountains will not be placed in “Hotels at the seaside” section, etc.).

Object Presentation will be distinguished with a brown colour, owin to which it will be better visible on the list of objects available on-line both at the list of hotels and in the search results.

Hotels.Poland.com service is available in 2 language versions: English and Polish. Object Presentation also allows you to pesent your hotel in other language versions, which will be available after entering the presentation.

Data change

We offer you an opportunity of changing the information included in the Object Presentation (descriptions, photos, special offers).

The price includes 2 gratuitous changes quarterly. The charge of any other change is 50 PLN + VAT (Polish version).

All the changes inputted require providing the modified descriptions in other language versions.

If your Object Presentation had been translated by us, 2 changes are free of charge. However, any other modification will be charged according to the prices given in "Language versions".
